Terms of Service

Quotes are based on the artwork, garment, quantity, print positions, size, delivery and VAT information supplied. A quote is not accepted until the customer uses the approval action or otherwise confirms it in writing. Obvious errors may be corrected before production. Production begins only after the required approval and payment arrangements.

Before approving an order or quotation, check the garment model, colour, size breakdown and quantities, as well as the artwork and print or embroidery details. Tell us about sizing questions and request any required fitting sample before approval. A digital artwork proof shows the decoration and does not establish garment fit or replace the model's size chart. A size or model change requires our written confirmation; contact us immediately because changes may no longer be possible after materials or production are committed. We will explain and agree any additional price before carrying out a change. Approval does not release PrintingNest Studio from supplying what was agreed or from mandatory legal obligations.

Clothing made to your specifications or clearly personalised with your artwork, logo, name or other individual design is excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 6:230p(f)(1) of the Dutch Civil Code. For such goods we do not offer change-of-mind returns, size exchanges or refunds where the goods conform to the agreement, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Choosing only a standard size or colour, ordering a large quantity or producing a standard catalogue design after purchase does not by itself make goods personalised. The exclusion concerns the personalised goods, not automatically every item in a mixed order. Rights for defects, incorrect supply and other failures to perform the agreement remain unaffected.

Check the size chart for the exact garment model and the quantities per size before ordering. Size labels and fit differ between brands and models; compare the stated garment measurements with a suitable garment, and ask about a fitting sample before approving a group or bulk order if unsure. If the personalised garments match the agreed model, sizes, description and applicable size information, a size chosen by the customer that feels too large or too small is not, by itself, a defect or a reason for a free replacement, exchange or refund. Incorrect labels or sizes, misleading size information, material departures from the agreed measurements or an agreed fitting sample, and incorrect advice for an expressly agreed purpose remain subject to applicable legal remedies. No unspecified manufacturing tolerance overrides those rights.

The customer confirms that it owns or is authorised to use all supplied names, logos and artwork and indemnifies PrintingNest Studio against third-party claims caused by unauthorised material. The customer must check spelling, colours, dimensions and placement in any proof. Minor differences caused by screens, garment batches and production tolerances are not automatically defects.

Prices are shown in euros and the checkout identifies VAT treatment. Destination VAT, a valid EU business reverse charge or 0% Dutch VAT for an eligible export outside the EU may apply. Import duties and destination taxes are not included unless expressly stated. Payment is processed through Stripe or another agreed method. We may pause work until cleared payment and valid tax information are received.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. For business customers, indirect loss and loss of profit are excluded to the extent permitted by law and aggregate liability is limited to the affected order value. Dutch law applies, without removing mandatory consumer protections in the consumer's country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with PrintingNest Studio.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights for goods that are faulty or not as agreed and any applicable withdrawal right for non-personalised goods. You remain the owner of the garment and confirm that its material, condition, care label and declared value are described accurately. Online suitability is provisional; PrintingNest Studio may reject the garment after physical inspection where safe or reliable printing is not reasonably possible. The garment must be clean, dry, undamaged and suitable for the selected process. Inherent textile variation and pre-existing wear are not production defects. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Purchases made for a trade or profession do not carry the statutory consumer cooling-off right. For conforming business orders, returns, exchanges and cancellations are available only if agreed in writing. The size-selection rule above also applies to personalised business orders. This does not excuse defective or incorrectly supplied goods or remove rights under the agreement and applicable law. Business status depends on the purpose of the purchase; an order's quantity or the presence of a company name alone does not determine it.

These revised provisions apply to orders for which they were made available before the contract was concluded. Updating this website does not retrospectively change an existing order or remove rights and promises that applied when it was placed. An individually agreed term takes priority over a conflicting general provision, subject to mandatory law.
