Artwork Guide
Prepare your file correctly for cleaner prints, faster approval and a more accurate quote. This guide explains preferred file formats, resolution, transparency, fonts and upload tips.
Best file formats
Preferred files are PNG with transparent background for ready-to-print artwork, and vector PDF, AI or EPS for logos, text and clean scalable graphics.
Resolution
Raster artwork should be 300 DPI at actual print size. Low-resolution screenshots or small web images often print soft, blurry or pixelated.
Transparency
Remove unwanted background unless you intentionally want a full rectangle or poster effect. Transparent PNG files are ideal for most graphic prints.
Artwork checklist
Convert fonts to outlines
If you send vector artwork, convert text to curves or outlines so fonts do not change when opened.
Avoid tiny details
Extremely thin lines, tiny text and complex micro-details may not reproduce well on garments.
Keep original proportions
Send the design in the correct shape. Stretching a file later can affect quality and balance.
Color expectations
Screen colors and printed colors may differ slightly depending on garment, print method and artwork setup.
Name files clearly
Use practical file names like brand-front-logo.png or hoodie-back-print.pdf.
Still unsure?
Send the best version you have. We can review it and let you know what needs improving before production.
How to upload artwork
You can upload files through the quote form or send them after submitting your request. If your design is still in progress, send a draft or reference so we can guide you.
- Prepare your artwork in the best available quality.
- Use transparent PNG or vector file when possible.
- Add notes if the design is for front, back, sleeve or multiple positions.
- Tell us quantity, garment type and preferred print size if known.
Before sending for quote
The more complete your request is, the faster and more accurately we can respond.
- Garment type: t-shirt, hoodie, polo, tote bag or other.
- Quantity and size breakdown if available.
- Print placement: left chest, full front, back, sleeve, neck label.
- Deadline or event date if timing matters.
