1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for most items. After 14 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Condition of the Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Non-returnable items: Some products are not eligible for returns, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable software products

    • Custom or personalized items

2. How to Return an Item

  • Include your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason for the return.

  • We will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

4. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for another size, color, or model, please contact us directly, and we will assist you in making the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over 75 EUR, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. Late or Missing Refunds
