• All product descriptions and prices are provided with care but may contain errors.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
• An order is binding when you receive the order confirmation by email.
• If a product is not available, we will inform you as soon as possible.

• All prices are in EURO, inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
• Shipping costs are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

• Payment must be completed before dispatch of goods.

• We aim to dispatch your order within 1-4 business days after payment.
• Delivery times may vary depending on destination.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.
• Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
• Consumers have the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason (in accordance with EU consumer law).
